I have attended the dental surgery several times over the last month or so and have been greeted by friendly staff, seen and assessed, and had work carried out by several of the dentists. There is a long way to go and I am not looking forward to the next months or so, however if my future treatment proceeds in the same caring and considerate manner that I have received from everyone, and I see no reason why it shouldn't be so, then my fears will have been allayed.

Cannot recommend academy dental enough.
They have looked after me, the whole dreaded process for a root canal has been seamless & they have expertly managed to keep me calm & informed along the way. The lovely root canal specialist was exceptional during the whole process & today my visit to have my temporary crown fitted was amazing, my lovely dentist was kind, informative & reassuring throughout the process & his ‘bed side’ manner was lovely too. The dental nurses have always been fantastic & observant in their approach to patients needs & comfort. The practice is always clean & tidy. The team on reception are always friendly and welcoming & never fail to help. They always make you feel comfortable & prioritised, you don’t just feel like another name in a system which can happen in a busy practice, The whole team are fantastic. I also really love the online portal where you can view up coming appointments, outstanding bills, paperwork & anything else you might need. If only all services could be so easy & seamless & have such good customer service!
