I have always been extremely scared of the dentist, but the team at Dental Academy have been absolutely fantastic from the very start and made me feel completely at ease.

After my initial visit, they advised that I should see the hygienist, something that really worried me. That’s when I met Priya, who is quite simply brilliant. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and most importantly ensured I was completely comfortable and felt no pain at all. Thanks to Priya, I now have no anxiety about dental visits and happily see her four times a year.

A big shout-out as well to Christine on reception, who is always welcoming, friendly and helpful. The whole practice is professional, caring and supportive. I genuinely can’t recommend Dental Academy highly enough.

My experience with Academy Dental has always been extremely positive.
I have had 2 lots of major work done in the last 4 years and each time has been a positive experience. I was worried about discomfort mainly but this was never an issue as the anaesthetic is administered in such a way you barely feel it.
I have recently had some cosmetic dentistry and I am very pleased with the outcome especially as I’m a bit older with receded gums .
The dentist talks you through options. I took a long time to go for it and never felt pressured. I just wish I d done it sooner

I chose Academy Dental to carry out my Invisalign treatment and I cannot recommend the service and the Team enough. Dr Ritcha Gobin led the treatment and was fantastic throughout, making herself available at short notice in the first few weeks to tweek the treatment and handle any concerns. We had regular check in’s every 2 weeks throughout the 30 week treatment and everything was handled swiftly and professionally throughout. The management and reception team were also excellent and very much make their patients feel like regular clients.

Reviewing on behalf of my Dad, Jose Pelaez – After a very bad childhood encounter with the dentist, I didn’t visit another for over 42 years. I was incredibly nervous, however, Dr Nancy Morgan was incredibly patient and referred me to have a tooth extraction with Dr Samra who handled the whole situation professionally and reassured me every step of the way, along with his nurse and fabulous seditionist, Dr Tushar. The whole procedure was over and dealt with quickly and can’t thank Dr Samra enough for being a top class dentist and thoroughly nice guy! Nancy and her nurse ( sorry can’t remember her name) were amazing. Painless injections jaw props to help my small mouth and updates on what was happening. I was due to have 2 appointments but Nancy managed to get it all done in one sitting. Honestly the best of the best, Dr Samra is not only the most patient man on earth (I changed my mind about what I wanted A LOT) but he is a real perfectionist too!
